Stay cool in Bobcat’s new compact tractors

Bobcat’s expanded compact tractor lineup is designed for utilitarian tasks such as acreage management, livestock feeding, snow removal, material handling, and grading and backfilling. The new 45-hp CT4545 and 58-hp CT4558 come with fully enclosed, heated and air-conditioned cabs.

“Rain or shine, operators will find exceptional comfort in the new CT4545 and CT4558,” says Kylle DeMars, a product manager for Bobcat. “With the enclosed cab, the two new compact tractors are designed to make a hard day’s work as comfortable as possible. As with all our compact tractors, these models offer the power, maneuverability and versatility our customers rely on.”

Along with protection from the elements, DeMars says the cab helps reduce noise levels and minimize vibrations, thanks to rubber isolators between the tractor’s mainframe and cab. Operators also have clear, panoramic visibility made possible with large, glass panels and a rear implement window to the three-point hitch.

A cab-integrated joystick and a user-friendly hydrostatic transmission lets drivers make quick directional changes. They’re ideal for frequent front-end loader work, mowing or maneuvering in wooded areas while clearing brush. Other features include:

  • twin-pedal design, with one pedal for forward and the other for reverse
  • PTO cruise to ensure a consistent speed even as load conditions change
  • draft control to minimize the need for manual intervention, reducing operator fatigue
  • standard four-wheel drive
  • quick-attach mounting system

The tractors can be paired with dozens of attachments and implements to further extend their versatility. Key options include pallet forks, utility grapple, auger, angle blade, snowblower, tiller, bale spear and many more.

The CT4545 and CT4558 models will be available at Bobcat dealerships across North America this spring and summer. Visit bobcat.com/dealer for more information and to find a local dealer.
